Plan your visit

Getting There
El Salvador is served by Monseñor Óscar Arnulfo Romero International Airport (SAL), with direct connections from major cities in the Americas. From the airport, taxis and ride-hailing services are widely available, and most event venues can be reached within an hour.
Event Dates
The event will take place May 26–28. We recommend arriving at least one day early to settle in and make the most of your visit.
Weather & What to Wear
Late May marks the beginning of the rainy season, with warm temperatures year-round. Light, breathable clothing is ideal, along with comfortable shoes. A light rain jacket or umbrella is recommended for occasional showers.
Currency & Essentials
The official currency is the US dollar (USD). Credit cards are widely accepted, but having some cash on hand is useful for small purchases. Standard US power plugs are used.
Getting Around
Taxis and ride-hailing apps are the easiest way to get around, especially for visitors. If you plan to explore beyond the city, hotel-arranged transportation is a convenient option.
Language
Spanish is the official language. English is commonly spoken in hotels, restaurants, and event venues, but learning a few basic Spanish phrases is always appreciated.
Food & Local Flavor
Take time to enjoy Salvadoran cuisine, especially traditional dishes like pupusas. Nearby cafés and restaurants offer a wide range of local and international options.
Explore El Salvador
If your schedule allows, consider extending your stay to visit the coast, volcanoes, or historic towns. El Salvador is compact, making day trips easy and rewarding.
