Like many in aviation, she experienced the effects of Covid firsthand. In response, she found purpose in supporting pilots and training professionals through uncertainty, championing wellbeing, and fostering resilience across the industry.

Her diverse background has culminated in extensive expertise in aviation consulting, working alongside training leaders to solve tomorrow’s challenges. As the co-founder of Women in Aviation Training (WiAT), she is dedicated to creating a more inclusive and supportive training landscape.
